Lobuche Peak climbing with Gokyo, a 19-day itinerary, is a thrilling adventure that combines the exhilarating climb to Lobuche Peak. The scenic beauty of the Gokyo Lakes and the iconic Everest Base Camp trek. The journey starts with a sightseeing tour in Kathmandu and a flight to Lukla, followed by a trek to Phakding. Moreover Namche Bazaar, and Gokyo are along the way. We will have rest days in Namche Bazaar and hike to Gokyo Ri for stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
The journey then takes us to Cho La Pass and the Lobuche Peak base camp, where we will acclimatize and prepare for the summit day. We will then climb to the summit of Lobuche Peak Climbing with Gokyo before heading towards Everest Base Camp. There we will spend some time hiking to Kala Patthar for a breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas.
We will then retrace our steps back to Lukla, and fly back to Kathmandu for some rest and exploration before departing. We design this itinerary for experienced trekkers seeking an adventure in the heart of the Himalayas. It offers an excellent opportunity to experience the culture, nature, and adventure of the Everest region.
The itinerary is well-paced with adequate rest days for acclimatization and allows for a successful summit of Lobuche Peak while exploring the famous Gokyo Lakes and the iconic Everest Base Camp trek.

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel.
In the afternoon, we will have a pre-trek briefing where you should bring 2 passport size photos and travel insurance papers. Our guide will give you important information and answer any questions you may have about the trek.

After an early breakfast, we will fly to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. Upon landing, we will begin our trek to Phakding, a small village situated along the Dudh Koshi River. The trek is relatively easy, and we will pass through several small villages and suspension bridges.

The first acclimatization day on the Everest Base Camp Trek is in Namche Bazaar, the main trading center in the Everest Region.
You can buy trekking gear and handicrafts and find accommodation. We will also hike to the Syanboche Airport (the highest airport in Nepal) and Hotel Everest View, which offers breathtaking views of Everest and a few other places.

We will begin our ascent towards Lobuche Peak Base Camp or High Camp, depending on the itinerary. The trail is steep and rocky, and we will pass through several glacial lakes before reaching our destination.
Along the way, we’ll have the opportunity to take in the beauty of several glacial lakes and experience the unique landscapes of the Himalayas. This part of the trek is sure to be an unforgettable adventure for experienced trekkers looking for a true Himalayan challenge.

Day 11 is the most challenging day of our trek as we attempt to summit Lobuche Peak. The ascent involves steep climbing on a rocky trail, and we will be rewarded with stunning views from the top. After descending to Base Camp or High Camp, we will trek to Lobuche, a small village situated at the foot of Mount Everest.

This trip takes us to the highlight of our trip, Everest Base Camp. We will trek through the Khumbu Glacier and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding peaks before reaching Base Camp. After spending some time at Base Camp, we will trek back to Gorak Shep, a small settlement located at the foot of Kala Patthar.

On this day we will wake up early and hike up to Kala Patthar, a popular viewpoint in the Everest region. From the top, we will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, and other surrounding peaks. After descending to Gorak Shep, we will continue our trek to Pheriche, a small village situated along the Imja River.

Today, You will have a complete day to discover the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu, including Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
