BOOKING POLICY

Reservation And Cancellation:

You are allowed bookings if there is any availability.

Reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive the receipt of your booking deposit or full payment.

Payment Terms:

Full payment or a designated deposit is required to secure your booking.

Amendments And CHANGES:

Requests for changes to booking details, such as dates or accommodations, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Changes should be communicated in writing and confirmed by the travel and tourism organization.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

Cancellation fees may apply based on the proximity to the travel date.

Refund eligibility is subject to the organization’s refund policy

Group Bookings:

Special terms and conditions apply to group bookings. Group sizes, payment schedules, and other relevant details will be specified in the group booking agreement.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility:

You will be only eligible for refunds subject to the organization’s cancellation.

We will only be able to refund eligibility based on the circumstances surrounding your cancellation.

Cancellation by the Traveler:

You must submit in writing for your cancellation requests.

Your refund amounts are based on the time of cancellation relative to the travel date only.

Cancellation by the Organization:

In the event that our organization cancels a trip or service, you will be entitled to a full refund or offered an alternative arrangement.

Force Majeure:

We are  not liable for refunds in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events

INSURANCE  POLICY 

Travel Insurance:

You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, and other unforeseen events.

We can assist in facilitating insurance arrangements upon request

Liability Coverage:

We carry liability insurance to cover unforeseen events during the services.

We encouraged you to review the coverage and consider additional insurance as needed.

Insurance Claims:

You must follow the procedures outlined by your insurance provider in the event of a claim.

We will provide the necessary documents and support to facilitate your insurance claim process.

Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of your personal belongings, and you are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage for your possessions.
