A cultural wildlife tour with Trek Me Nepal will take you to the cultural hub of Kathmandu to Chitwan, home of various wildlife in Chitwan.
Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal. It is famous for its rich history and culture and is located in Kathmandu Valley. The total population of Kathmandu is about 845,767 inhabitants with 105.649 households. Kathmandu is also known as Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Kathmandu is famous for having UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
People come to Kathmandu to visit the cultural heritage sites such as Pashupatinath temple, Sawambhunath Stupa, and Boudhanath Stupa. Kathmandu is famous for Newari cuisine. Thamel is a nightlife haven for tourists.
Chitwan is famous for Chitwan National Park. It lies in Bagmati Province. People come to Chitwan for various activities like jungle safari, jungle walks with an expert guide of Nepal, and boating in the Rapti River. It is famous for Taas and other dishes like momos, fried rice, and sukuti. People come to Chitwan as it is rich in traditional cultures. People are attracted to Tharu culture mainly. As you land at the Tribhuvan International Airport you will be greeted by the customs officers. Then you will be escorted outside the airport. You will be greeted by a representative from the office. Then you will be going to the hotel where you could rest for a while. At night time you can explore Thamel. You could go shopping in the shops. You could even enjoy the nightlife of Thamel.
Hotel After finishing your breakfast you will be escorted to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupati and Boudhanath. You will have the opportunity to observe the ancient architecture of Kathmandu Durbar Square. Kathmandu Durbar Square is famous for the palace of Kumari is there along with many ancient temples. Then you will be taken to Swayambhu Stupa. You will have to climb the stairs to reach the top of the stupa. You will get the opportunity to observe the panoramic view of kathmandu. Boudhanath is the largest stupa in Nepal.
People here come to observe the dome of Boudhanath stupa. The last sight you will visit is Pashupatinath. You will get the opportunity to look at the process of crimination. Then you will be taken to Nagarkot. You will have the opportunity to view a panoramic view from the view tower. At the end of the day you will be escorted to your hotel where you could take a good night’s sleep.

After your breakfast is over you will be escorted to the bus which will take you to Chitwan. It typically takes 5 to 6 hrs to reach Chitwan from Kathmandu by road. You will pass through various landscapes. You will get the opportunity to see the ruler areas of Kathmandu. You will enjoy your drive. You will pass through Mugling and Narayanghad before reaching Chitwan. We will stop at a teahouse in Mugling for lunch. Please take care of your bags. There might be pickpockets.
After finishing your lunch please board the bus on time. The bus driver might leave you on the stop. As you reach Chitwan you could go exploring nearby the hotel. As you check in the hotel you could take a rest in your hotel room.
Hotel Breakfast/Dinner Today there are tons of activities lined up for you. First you will be taken to Rapti River for elephant bathing. You will get to interact with the elephants. Then you will be taken to the elephant breeding center. There you can see elephants being taken care of. Then later you will be taken for boating in Rapti River. You can see the wildlife up close. You will be getting close to Gharial and many bird species.
At last you will be visiting the Tharu community museum. You will be taken to the place where Tharu community people will perform dance for you. Then you could go to the hotel for dinner and a good night’s sleep in your room.
Hotel Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner You will be escorted to the bus which will take you to Kathmandu after your breakfast is over. It takes typically 5to 6 hrs to reach Kathmandu to Chitwan. You will pass through various landscapes. You will get the opportunity to see the ruler areas of Kathmandu. You will enjoy your drive. You will pass through Mugling and Narayanghad before reaching Chitwan. We will stop at a teahouse in Mugling for lunch. There might be pickpockets. Please take care of your bags.
After finishing your lunch please board the bus on time. The bus driver might leave you on the stop. As you reach Kathmandu you could reflect on your tour. Once you reach the hotel you could take a good rest. Today is your last day of your tour. Tomorrow you are leaving.
Hotel Breakfast/Dinner Today is the last day of your 6 day tour. We bid farewell to you. You will be escorted to the airport. As you go to the airport you reflect on your trip with us. As you reach the airport you need to go through the customs officers and check in your bag. We will see you again for your next trip.
