Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel.

If your arrival is in the evening, we will hold a guide briefing at the hotel. However, if you arrive during the day, we will have the briefing at our office. The guide briefing will give you an overview of the trek and answer any questions you may have.

Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu

After breakfast, we will embark on a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. We will visit the following temples:

  • Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River.
  • Doleshwor Mahadev Temple: Considered one of the holiest Shiva temples, believed to have the head of Lord Shiva.
  • Kailashnath Mahadev: The world’s tallest Lord Shiva statue, located in Sanga, a short distance from Kathmandu.

After the sightseeing tour, we will drive back to Kathmandu for an overnight stay.

Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu

Today, we will continue our sightseeing tour in Kathmandu and visit the following temples:

  • Dashinkali Temple: Dedicated to the goddess Kali, known for its animal sacrifices.
  • Narayanthan Temple: A sacred Vishnu temple located in the scenic surroundings of Budhanilkantha.
  • Gokarnashwor Mahadev Temple: A revered Shiva temple with beautiful surroundings.

Fly back to Pokhara and Sightseeing Tour
