Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed by Trek Me Nepal’s representative. They will escort you to your hotel where you can relax and unwind after your journey. Early in the morning, we will take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar, enjoying breathtaking views of the Himalayas during the journey. Upon arrival in Tumlingtar, our adventure begins. We will meet our trekking crew and start our trek towards Kartike, a charming village situated on the banks of the Arun River. We will spend the night at a local guesthouse in Kartike.
After breakfast, we will continue our trek from Kartike to Gothe, a picturesque village nestled amidst lush greenery. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Arun Valley below. We will trek at a comfortable pace, allowing us to soak in the natural beauty of the area. Upon reaching Gothe, we will settle in at a local guesthouse for the night.
Today, we will trek from Gothey to Phedi, ascending gradually through dense forests and terraced fields. Along the way, we may encounter local villagers going about their daily activities. Phedi is a small settlement located at the base of the mountains, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. We will spend the night at a teahouse in Phedi, resting and rejuvenating for the days ahead.
Our trek continues as we make our way from Phedi to Gurase, ascending steeply through alpine meadows and rhododendron forests. Today, we will trek from Gurase to Sanam, descending through dense forests and crossing streams along the way. The trail meanders through picturesque villages and terraced fields, providing insights into the rural way of life in the Himalayas. Upon reaching Sanam, we will be welcomed by warm hospitality and stunning mountain views. We will spend the night at a teahouse in Sanam, relishing the serenity of the mountains.
After breakfast, we will trek from Sanam to Bung, passing through lush forests and quaint villages. The trail offers glimpses of local culture and traditional architecture, with opportunities to interact with the friendly villagers. Upon reaching Bung, we will settle in at a local guesthouse and rest after a day of trekking. We will spend the night in Bung, preparing for the days ahead.
Today, we will trek from Bung to Gaikharka, ascending through rhododendron forests and alpine meadows. The trail offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, with opportunities for wildlife spotting along the way. Upon reaching Gaikharka, we will set up camp and enjoy a well-deserved rest under the starry night sky.
After breakfast, we will continue our trek from Gaikharka to Vasme, descending through rocky terrain and lush forests. The trail offers stunning views of the Arun Valley and the surrounding mountains with opportunities for birdwatching and photography. Upon reaching Vasme, we will set up camp and spend the night surrounded by nature’s beauty.
Today, we will trek from Vasme to Panggom, ascending gradually through rhododendron forests and alpine meadows. The trail offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks and the Arun Valley below. Upon reaching Panggom, we will set up camp and rest after a day of trekking. We will spend the night there enjoying the tranquility of the mountains.
After breakfast, we will trek from Panggom to Paiya, descending through rocky terrain and dense forests. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, with opportunities for wildlife spotting along the way. Upon reaching Paiya, we will set up camp and spend the night surrounded by nature’s beauty.
After breakfast, we will trek from Paiya to Lukla, ascending through lush forest and picturesque villages. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, with opportunities for wildlife spotting along the way. Upon reaching Lukla, we will settle in at a local guesthouse and rest after a day of trekking. We will spend the night in Lukla reflecting on the memories of our journey.
Today, we will catch an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, marking the end of our trekking adventure. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will be transferred to our hotel where we can relax and unwind after our journey. Depending on our preferences, we can explore the vibrant streets of Kathmandu or simply rest and reflect on our experiences from the trek.
After breakfast, we will bid farewell to the beautiful land of Nepal as we transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for our onward journey. As we board our flight, we take one last look at the majestic Himalayas knowing that we have experienced the adventure of a lifetime in the Arun Valley.
