The Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek is a 15-day trekking adventure that takes you to the base of the world’s highest mountain, Mount Everest. The trek begins with a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, followed by a scenic flight to Lukla, where you will start your trek. Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the Hotel

Upon arrival at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. You can spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the city or relaxing at your hotel.

If your arrival is in the evening, we will hold a guide briefing at the hotel. However, if you arrive during the day, we will have the briefing at our office. The guide briefing will give you an overview of the trek and answer any questions you may have.

Fly to Lukla(2,846m) and trek to Phakding

We will take an early morning flight to Lukla, a small airstrip in the Khumbu region. After landing in Lukla, we will start our trek to Phakding, a small village situated on the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. We will stay overnight at the luxurious Yeti Mountain Home in Phakding.

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar

After breakfast, we will continue our trek to Namche Bazaar, the main trading center and hub of the Khumbu region. We will pass through several small villages and cross the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge before reaching Namche Bazaar. We will stay overnight at Yeti Mountain Home in Namche Bazaar.

Day 4
Acclimatization Day & Hike - Visitors Park - Hotel Everest View - Namche

Day 4 will be the rest day to help us acclimatize to the high altitude. We will take a short hike to the nearby Everest View Hotel to get a panoramic view of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest. We will return to Yeti Mountain Home for the night.

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche then to Debuche

Trek from Louboche - Gorek Shep - Everest BC(5,364m) and return to Gorak Shep

This is a day of the trek as we trek to Everest Base Camp. We will trek along the Khumbu Glacier and witness breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. After spending some time at Base Camp, we will return to Gorak Shep for the night.

Hike to Kala Patthar(5,545m) and Trek to Pheriche

Early in the morning, we will hike to Kala Patthar, a famous viewpoint located at an altitude of 5,545 meters. From here, we will get stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest and other surrounding peaks. After the hike, we will trek to Pheriche and stay overnight at a luxury lodge in Pheriche.

Full day guided Kathmandu Sightseeing(6-7hrs) and farewell dinner

This day is reserved for any unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays or bad weather. If everything goes as planned, you can spend the day at your leisure or take an optional sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. We will take a guided tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites on day 15, including Swayambhunath (also known as Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa.

Meals

All trekkers will be provided with breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the trek. In Kathmandu, breakfast will be provided at the hotel. Authentic Nepalese cuisine, as well as Tibetan, Indian, and continental cuisines, will be offered. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the guest houses where we spend the night, while lunch will be provided on the way. Welcome and farewell dinners will also be arranged for the trekkers.

Accomodation

During the trip, we will stay in a 5-star hotel or similar accommodation in Kathmandu, and in tea houses during the trek, where twin-sharing rooms will be provided. Single supplement rooms are available upon request at an additional cost.

Trek Me Nepal will arrange for rooms with attached washrooms, but shared washing and toilet facilities may be the only option in some areas. Single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu and lower elevation trekking regions but may be scarce at higher elevations.
