Eat Sufficient calories

Your body works harder at altitude, so take in plenty of carbs and calories.

Listen to your body

If you begin to experience symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, or nausea, do not ignore these warning signals. You must stop and rest and if necessary, descend to a lower altitude.
