Our representative will receive you at the airport. Then you will be transferred to the hotel. You can visit the Thamel area, a lively place with shops and restaurants that offer an introduction to Nepali urban life. Exchange local currency and purchase a local SIM card. Familiarize yourself with the city’s attractions, prepare for the weather, acclimate to the altitude, and respect local customs and traditions.
After the breakfast is over, you will be taken for sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley. The tour includes Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Baudhanath Stupa and Monkey temple. If you need some trekking gear you will have some free time for shopping.
Kathmandu, Nepal’s capital and largest city, is a hub of cultural and historical heritage. Key attractions include Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic square with ancient temples and palaces, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Thamel, Narayanhiti Palace Museum, Garden of Dreams, Kirtipur, Durbar Marg, and Hanuman Dhoka.
Swayambhunath Stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering panoramic views and surrounded by shrines and Tibetan prayer flags. Pashupatinath Temple is a sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, while Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in Nepal. After breakfast, we drive to the rafting starting point and you will have river rafting activities for about 4 hours and have lunch at the beach resort. Then we will drive to Pokhara. The journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara via rafting is a thrilling adventure that combines road travel, river rafting, and a scenic drive through Nepal’s scenic landscape.
The itinerary includes a morning rafting on the Trishuli River, followed by a relaxing and camping experience. The journey to Pokhara takes approximately 3-4 hours and includes a 3-4 hour drive.
Accommodation options in Pokhara range from budget guesthouses to luxury resorts. Rafting essentials include wearing appropriate clothing, following safety guidelines, and arranging transportation in advance. This two-day adventure combines the thrill of white-water rafting with the natural beauty and tranquility of Pokhara, making it a well-rounded and memorable experience.

After having breakfast we will take a short drive to Nayapul which takes about one and half hours. The Annapurna region offers treks starting from Pokhara, including the Ghorepani Poon Hill and Annapurna Base Camp trek. The moderate walk to Tikhedhunga, at 1,540 meters, takes 4-5 hours and covers 9 kilometers. Trekkers should start early and obtain permits. Longer treks include Ghorepani, Poon Hill, and Ghandruk.
Nayapul is a popular starting point for Annapurna region treks, leading to destinations like Ghorepani, Poon Hill, Ghandruk, and Annapurna Base Camp. Trekkers often hire local guides and porters. The route starts in Tikhedhunga via Birethanti. It is an easy trekking route passing through many villages. Then we will ascend to our final destination of the day.

For the first few hours, we ascend steeply and pass through Ulleri and Banthanti. We will see spectacular views of Fist Tail (6997m), Hiunchuli (6441m), and Annapurna Range (7219m). Now, we will pass through rhododendron trees.
Ghorepani is a charming village in Nepal’s Annapurna region, known for its stunning views of the Himalayas, particularly from Poon Hill. The village is a popular stop on the Annapurna Circuit and Annapurna Base Camp treks, offering diverse landscapes, rhododendron forests, and cultural experiences. Visitors can experience local culture, traditions, and lifestyle through traditional dances and performances.
The village is inhabited by the Gurung and Magar communities, and the trek to Ghorepani is moderately difficult, making it accessible to a wide range of trekkers. The village is also home to tea houses and lodges, offering warmth and hospitality.

We hike to Poon Hill (3210m). The sunrise view is enjoyable in the morning. We will pass various snowcapped mountains in the morning. We will get lifetime opportunity to enjoy the sunrise over Mt. Nilgiri (6940m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III (7855m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Machhapuchhare (6993m) and other many snowcapped mountains. We will have breakfast at the lodge after hiking down to Ghorepani. We will pass through a rhododendron forest. When they bloom in the spring it makes the jungle colorful.
The Ghorepani Poon Hill trek is a popular route in Nepal’s Annapurna region, starting from Nayapul, a 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Pokhara. The trail follows a moderate walk from Nayapul to Tikhedhunga, followed by a steep ascent of the Ulleri staircase to Ghorepani. The hike to Poon Hill, 3,210 meters, offers a spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.
The trek then continues to Tadapani, passing through rhododendron forests and offering stunning mountain views. Accommodations are available in local tea houses and lodges. The best time for the trek is during spring and autumn, with clear weather and spectacular views. The trek can conclude with a descent to Nayapul.

We are descending to Ghandruk, a picturesque village is a popular trekking destination in the Annapurna Circuit. It offers stunning views of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountain ranges, with traditional Gurung houses and lush greenery. The village is inhabited by the Gurung people, offering a glimpse of rural life in the Himalayas. Ghandruk serves as a starting point for treks leading to the Annapurna Sanctuary, a glacial basin surrounded by high peaks.
Ghandruk is a scenic trek in Nepal’s Annapurna region, starting from Nayapul. It passes through the Birethanti, Tikhedhunga, and Ghorepani villages. The trail takes 6-7 hours from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani and 5-6 hours from Ghorepani to Tadapani. The best time is spring and autumn.

The journey from Pokhara to Chitwan is a scenic 155 km (96 miles) road trip that takes around 4 to 6 hours. There are two main routes: via Mugling and Siddhartha Highway. The most common route is via the Prithvi Highway, which offers scenic views. Other options include tourist buses, local buses, microbuses, and minibusses. Along the way, there are interesting stops like viewpoints, small towns, and roadside eateries.
Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Nepal, offers unique jungle safaris and wildlife encounters. Covering 932 square kilometers, it features Bengal tigers, rhinoceroses, elephants, leopards, and deer. Visitors can enjoy birdwatching, Tharu culture, and accommodation options in Bharatpur.
After breakfast, we will visit the forest to observe the diverse flora and fauna in their natural habitat. Then we will go on elephant safaris, canoeing, guided jungle walks, bird watching, Tharu village tours, elephant bathing, and visiting the Elephant Breeding Center and Crocodile Breeding Center. Elephant safaris will allow us to get up close to wildlife, while canoeing offers a comfortable and quicker way to explore the park.
Bird-watching tours offer opportunities to spot both resident and migratory birds. Visitors can also participate in the elephant bathing activity at wildlife resorts. It is essential to follow park regulations and hire experienced guides for a safe and enjoyable experience.

After breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu. The drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu is a 150 km (93 miles) journey, taking around 4 to 6 hours by car. The Narayangadh-Mugling Highway is the most common route, passing through Narayangadh and continuing on the Prithvi Highway. Alternative routes may include smaller towns and scenic landscapes. Along the way, there are various interesting stops, such as viewpoints and small towns.
