The best time to visit Nepal is during the Spring season and Autumn season.  People come during the Spring season to climb Mt. Everest and other renown peaks. Spring season is very ideal for trekking and mountaineering. The temperature is very moderate at this time of the spring season. The people will be able to view the breathtaking views of the mountains due to the clear sky.  Wild flowers are also in their full bloom. 

Autumn is also very ideal for trekking and mountaineering. The sky is also clear during this time as the monsoon season will just finish. Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Highest Altitude 2,195 M

Upon landing in Kathmandu you will be greeted by a representative of our office. You will be greeted by the custom officer at the airport. Then you will be escorted to your hotel. You will be given a briefing regarding your tour. You could also explore Thamel. There are shops nearby Thamel. The nightlife of Thamel is very glamorous. You could even purchase a local sim card. It would be very easy for you to communicate with your tour guide incase of an emergency. You could rest at your hotel.

Day 2
Exploring Kathmandu Valley

After finishing your breakfast you will be escorted to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupati and Boudhanath. You will have the opportunity to observe the ancient architecture of Kathmandu Durbar Square. Kathmandu Durbar Square is famous for the palace of Kumari is there along with many ancient temples. Then you will be taken to Swayambhu Stupa. You will have to climb the stairs to reach the top of the stupa. You will get the opportunity to observe the panoramic view of kathmandu. Boudhanath is the largest stupa in Nepal.

People here come to observe the dome of Boudhanath stupa. The last sight you will visit is Pashupatinath. You will get the opportunity to look at the process of crimination. At the end of the day you will be escorted to your hotel where you could take a good night’s sleep.

Day 3
Journey to Pokhara

The next day after  you finish your breakfast you will be escorted to your tourist bust. You will be traveling to Pokhara. The journey is about 5-6 hrs by road. Along the road you will be passing through various landscapes.  You will be able to see the rural life of Kathmandu. The bus will stop for a while for lunch. You can stretch at that time. Please be alert  and check the bus timings. The driver may leave you behind. 

As you reach Pokhara you could check out the nightlife of Pokhara. You could explore the surrounding of Phewa lake. You could also explore the shops near Phewa Lake. You could check in the hotel for a good night’s sleep. 

Day 4
Adventure in Pokhara

You are recommended to wake up early in the morning. You will be going to watch the sunrise from Sarangkot. Sarangkot is famous for sunrise views. You will be having your breakfast at the tea house in Sarangkot. Then you will be escorted back to Pokhara. You will get the opportunity to explore the city of Pokhara. Pokhara is famous for Phewa lake, Gupteshowr Mahadev, Davis fall and caves. You can even go boating in Phewa Lake. 

Day 5
Drive to Chitwan National Park

After your breakfast is over you will be escorted to the bus which will take you to Chitwan. It typically takes 5 to 6 hrs to reach Chitwan from Pokhara  by road. You will pass through various landscapes. You will get the opportunity to see the ruler areas of Pokhara. You will enjoy your drive. You will be traveling by the Prithvi highway. We will stop at a teahouse on the way for lunch. Please take care of your bags. There might be pickpockets. 

After finishing your lunch please board the bus on time. The bus driver might leave you on the stop. As you reach Chitwan you could go exploring nearby the hotel. As you check in the hotel you could take a rest in your hotel room.

Day 6
Relaxation in Chitwan

Today there are tons of activities lined up for you. First you will be taken to Rapti River for elephant bathing.  You will get to interact with the elephants. Then you will be taken to the elephant breeding center. There you can see elephants being taken care of. Then later you will be taken for boating in Rapti River. You can see the wildlife up close. You will be getting close to Gharial and many bird species. At last you will be visiting the Tharu community museum. You will be taken to the place where Tharu community people will perform dance for you. Then you could go to the hotel for dinner and a good night’s sleep in your room.

Day 7
Journey to Lumbini

After you finish your breakfast you will be escorted to the bus which will take you to Lumbini. The bus ride typically takes 6 to 7 hrs to reach Lumbini from Chitwan. Lumbini is known as the birthplace of Lord Buddha. You will pass through various landscapes. You will be able to see the life of people living in the village areas.  After we reach Lumbini you could explore the surrounding areas near your hotel. Then check in your hotel and have a good night sleep.

Day 8
Cultural Exploration in Lumbini

After you finish your breakfast, you will be taken to various heritage sites in Lumbini. Today you will be going to different places in lumbini. The places which we are going  to are popular pilgrimage sites with landmarks like the Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, Bodhi Tree, Lumbini Crane Sanctuary, Lumbini Museum, Vietnamese Pagoda, and World Peace Pagoda, offering insight into the region’s cultural heritage and history. All the places which we are going showcases the life of Lord Buddha. You could explore yourself in the surroundings.  We will be having lunch in a famous restaurant. After we finish our tour you could check in to your hotel for a good night’s sleep.

Day 9
Departure

Today is the last day of your 9 day tour. We bid farewell to you. You will be escorted to the airport. As you go to the airport you reflect on your trip with us. As you reach the airport you need to go through the customs officers and check in your bag. We will see you again for your next trip.
